Operation
48-hours online reservations required. If it is less than 48 hours in advance, please call 1(925) 800-4500.We try to accommodate those with less notice. Even same day reservations!

We will call you the evening before your pickup day between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. to confirm your reservation. This is not for pickups from the airport.

There will be a $10.00 surcharge for pickups between 10:00PM. and 7:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy
In order to cancel reservations please call 1(925) 800-4500 at least 48 hours prior to your pickup time. Otherwise the full fare will be charged.

Payment
You may pay the driver at the time you get picked up by the following types of payment: cash, debit card, travelers check and major credit cards. Checks are not accepted as a form of payment. You may also prepay by calling our reservations department and supplying them with a fax number then we will fax you a charge authorization, which you fill out and fax back. Once we have your signature on file we can charge you in advance.

Gratuity is not included in the quoted fares, but is optional and appreciated by our drivers. (Suggested gratuity: 15% - 20%)

Please note that six passengers or more gratuity of 20% would be added to your listed price.

Luggage Policy
Our luggage requirements are 2 standard-size suitcases (less than 62 inches - height + width + length - and weighing less than 51 lbs) per person. An extra charge will apply for oversized or excessive luggage. Please call for a quote.

Child Car Seats
Child Car Seats are provided only prearranged. Please let us know the age and pounds of the child, add $10.00 for each.

Pets and Guide Dogs
If you have a pet traveling with you then it is necessary to reserve an exclusive van or sedan for transportation to or from the airport. Please call 1(925)800-4500 for a quote or to make reservations.
